Rock Bottom auto shipping is designed for the customer who would like to save some money because they are not in a hurry to get their vehicle shipped super fast. When you choose this shipping option you are telling us that you are willing to wait for an available spot on a carrier even if it takes a couple of weeks to get picked up, because saving money is more important than having your vehicle shipped super quick.
Please note: it is still a possibility that your vehicle will be picked up as fast as 1 day, so please be prepared for this.
Is your car not moving quick enough? If the RBR car shipping option is chosen but your plans change leaving you in a position where you need your vehicle picked up sooner than you originally planned, we will allow you to upgrade to our Preferred Shipping option. The Preferred Shipping will guarantee vehicle pickup in 1-3 business days.
You have three options if time becomes an issue and you want to move your vehicle quicker:
1) At any time during the order you may choose to add $50- $100 to the carrier’s pay to encourage carriers to pickup sooner.
2) Upgrade to the Preferred Auto Shipping option at a discounted rate. *See below. Upgrading to the Preferred auto transport option will guarantee pickup in 3 business days.
3) Upgrade to the Expedited Car Shipping option, at a discounted auto transport rate, guaranteeing pickup in 1 business day after the date of upgrade.
*Upgrade options: You may upgrade at the discounted rates after 7 calendar days. If you upgrade prior to 7 calendar days the full upgrade price applies.
