RATE EXPLANATION: The quoted rate includes all insurances, deposits, taxes, and fees. No hidden charges.
*We recommend the PRIORITY RATE option to move your vehicle because this will save you money and still move it quickly.
Rock Bottom Rate (RBR):
The lowest possible rate for those who are not in a hurry. (Please do not consider this option if you are pressed for time.)
1) About 75% of our customers who choose this rate have their vehicle moved within 1-7days from the first available date (FAD).
2) Carriers may contact us requesting a higher rate in order to transport your vehicle, but it is usually a lot lower than priority rate. In this case we will contact you to confirm it. If you are not prepared to pay more, we will continue to assign a carrier to move your vehicle for the RBR.
3) GUARANTEE- If your vehicle is not moved within the 1-7 day average you may:
a) Choose to upgrade to PR with a $50 discount and have your vehicle picked up in 3 days or upgrade to EER at a $100 discount for pickup in 1 day.
b) Choose to add $50-$100 to carrier pay to encourage carriers to pickup sooner.
Priority Rate (PR)*:
Guaranteed Pick Up within 3 Days!!
1) Add $250 onto the rock bottom rate
2) Pick up will be 1-3 business days from the day after the first available date you give us.
3) This rate is very comparable to the average economy rates of reputable car shipping companies, but we offer a cheaper expedited service.
4) GUARANTEE- If your vehicle is not moved within the 3 days you may:
a) Cancel your order and received full refund for any money paid,
b) Upgrade to the Expedited Express Rate for a discount of $100 and have your vehicle picked up within 24hrs, or
c) Choose to have us continue to work on scheduling a carrier with Agape adding $50 to carrier pay from our account. (should at most take 4 days)
Expredited Express Rate (EER):
Guaranteed Pick Up withing 1 Day!!
1) Add $450 to the Rock Bottom Rate
2) Pickup will be 1 business day from the day after the first available date you give us.
3) Shipment is often Enclosed but not always.
4) 99% of customer’s vehicles are moved in 1 day.
5) GUARANTEE- If your vehicle is not moved within the 3 days you may:
a) Cancel your order and received full refund for any money paid,
b) Continue to have us work on scheduling a carrier with Agape adding $100 to carrier pay. If this were to happen it would still move in about 3 days.
DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS:
Rock Bottom Rate: $180
Priority Rate: $230
Expedited Rate: $330
a. The deposit is included in the rate quoted.
b. Deposits are paid through Amex, Visa, Mastercard, Cashier’s check, or Money Order.
c. Final payments are made to the driver in the form of cash, or bank guaranteed check made out to the carrier company.
